How to Return?
All glasses can be returned to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the delivery date. The glasses must be in good condition, meaning no damage or scratches.
Feel free to contact us or send us an email hello@komopairs.com if you’d like to make a return or exchange. Our team will get your return label.
Once we've received your returned order, we'll process it and send you a full refund.
Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on all purchases.
Here are some guidelines although every case is different.
We can't replace your item if the following appears:
- They have been used improperly or carelessly
- They have normal wear and tear
- They were damaged deliberately or through neglect
