Our Factories

Building relationships with each of our suppliers and manufacturers is important to us. This is why we sat visited the ones located in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Vietnam. Due to covid restrictions, we haven't had the chance to visit our factory in Vietnam but this should be the case by the end of this year.

Althoug we don't have a daily presence in their facility, a visit is already a great step to understand the working conditions and the processes put in place by our factories to ensure quality and control at their level.

At Home

Komo Pairs team

We’re proud to work with a dream team of in-house designers at our Manila office. They oversee the whole design process — from mood boards and material research, sketching from scratch, to fit and quality checks. They also talk to and visit our partners in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam. One of the best part of the job!

Shipping & Deliveries

You can count on our trusted delivery drivers for the Metro Manila region. They will kindly deliver your order or wait for you while you're testing out a few pairs with our Try-at-Home system.

GogoXpress and LBC will do the job when it comes deliveries to your province outside Metro Manila.

Packaging

We have developed a close relationship with our packaging partner based in Batangas with their office in Luzon. They help us use more eco-friendly materials while keeping your order safe and sound until it reaches your hands.

Further

Lens suppliers

Our lens supplier is based in Thailand, although the company is Japanese. They’ve been producing all types of lenses for decades. They are one of the top lens manufacturers in the world. As we like to say, quality is central to everything we do.

Frame manufacturers

We work mostly with frame manufacturers in Shenzhen (China) and Vietnam: two well-known regions for eyewear production in the world.

Acetate and metal

Our raw material suppliers are located in China. For very specific Acetate frames such as the Blue Havana color in Jay, we excptionally import it from Italy. We try to avoid this as this is not a sustainable way.
